About Us

We help ensure that water supply is safe for tenants in their homes.

We work with leading social housing providers across South East England to carry out water hygiene risk assessments and water sampling in their properties.

All landlords, including social housing companies, have a legal responsibility to control the risk of Legionella bacteria in the water systems of their buildings. If Legionella is left unchecked, it can cause Legionnaires’ disease, a serious and potentially fatal form of pneumonia.

To help your housing provider comply with this legal responsibility, our engineers perform Legionella risk assessments on a regular basis and, if necessary, take water samples for testing.

Our experienced and qualified engineers cause minimum disruption to tenants as they do their work. They will always show tenants their photo ID when they visit and have been trained in COVID-safe procedures. Find out more about what happens during the Legionella risk assessment of your home.

There are also some simple things that tenants can do to help keep their water supply clean and safe in between our visits. Click here for five top tips on everyday water hygiene.
